La participación en este sistema de gamificación es voluntaria y tiene como único fin incentivar la proactividad de los asistentes en la Feria Internacional de Empleo de Granada 2026. Los Talent Tokens obtenidos no tienen valor de mercado, sino que sirven para acceder a los beneficios o reconocimientos que la organización determine al finalizar la jornada. La organización se reserva el derecho de verificar la realización efectiva de las actividades para validar los Talent Tokens.
